Recruitment Staff

 Responsibilities :

• Responsible for recruitment activities to fulfil manpower needs with best talents according to qualifications required and SOP

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs related to organization and profile of candidates

• Build and maintain partnership with targeted source and related parties, such as head hunters, universities, etc.

• Support recruitment activation, such job fairs and career events

• Support Employer Branding by creating activities and contents related employee activity, company culture, etc. for social media 

• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and current trends related to people 

Requirement and skills : 

• Bachelor's degree of Psychology

• Have min. 2 years of working experience as a Recruiter

• Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus

• Hands-on experience with HR databases

• Good knowledge of labor legislation

• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
