Manage end-to-end recruitment activities in accordance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Understand job requirements and competency-based hiring to ensure the right fit for each position.
Coordinate with hiring managers to align recruitment needs with business objectives.
Conduct screening and interviews using structured and competency-based interview methods.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, reports, and talent databases.
Support onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Comply with internal procedures, data confidentiality, and applicable labor regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong understanding of competency-based recruitment and structured interview techniques.
Familiar with recruitment standards, SOPs, and corporate governance practices (experience in listed companies is a plus).
Good knowledge of employment regulations and recruitment ethics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Comfortable using recruitment systems, job portals, and digital sourcing tools.
