📅 Schedule: 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)

Reset Room is a Clinic Pertama focused on both reactive care (general practitioner services) and preventive & performance-oriented care.

• Preventive health & early detection

• Blood work & biomarker tracking

• IV therapy to optimize nutrients and recovery

• Lifestyle-based health improvement (sleep, stress, nutrition, training)

The Role

We are looking for a licensed General Practitioner (GP) to join our team full-time.

This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level doctor who:

• Has a valid Indonesian medical license (STR active)

• Has interest or experience in preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, or performance health

• Is curious, open-minded, and motivated to learn beyond standard GP care

You will work closely with our lead doctor, who covers weekend shifts and provides supervision and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general practitioner consultations (reactive care)

• Advise patients on preventive care and lifestyle improvements

• Review and explain blood work results

• Recommend appropriate follow-up testing, IV therapy, or treatment plans

• Oversee daily clinical operations with 2 nurses per shift

• Ensure medical quality, safety, and proper documentation

• Contribute to a positive, professional clinic atmosphere

• Communicate clearly and confidently with both Indonesian and international clients

What’s Important to Us

• Strong English communication skills (professional & conversational)

• Comfortable working in a commercial clinic environment

• Ability to think ahead for the client and recommend relevant services
  (e.g. additional blood tests or IV therapy when medically appropriate)

• Ethical, client-focused approach (no hard selling or over-selling)

• Willingness to learn about:

  • Preventive health

  • Nutrient optimization

  • Hormones & performance

  • Lifestyle-based interventions

• Leadership mindset: comfortable managing and guiding a small nursing team

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience in private or international clinics

• Exposure to wellness, biohacking, or preventive health concepts

• Experience working with or international clients

• Residence in Ungasan, Jimbaran, or Uluwatu (or willingness to commute)

Working Hours

• 09:00 – 18:00

• 4–5 days per week (Monday–Friday)

• Weekend shifts covered by lead doctor

Salary & Compensation (Proposal)

💰 Base Salary:

• Competitive base salary based on experience

💸 Commission / Incentives:

• 10% commission on in-clinic treatments (IVs, blood work, etc.)

• 15% commission on home-service treatments
