Interior Designer ( 3D Rendering & Cad DRAFTER )

Job Descriptions :

Your scope as as a Designer for Architecture and Interior will be doing Autocad Detail Drawings, Sketch up 3D presentation + Rendering with Escape or Lumion (either Interior or Exterior). Followed by Suppliers Drawing for Production, Construction drawings for Site Visit with proper documentation - Project Administration at Artalenta in Bali 

Requirements :

• We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Designer with 4-6 years of hospitality experience who excel in conceptualisation and the translation of ideas through to exceptional design outcomes, collaborate on preparation designs to meet clients program, quality guidelines

• Expert design skills and ability to create innovative solutions to complex design problems

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

• Required skill(s): Sketch up, AutoCad and basic hand sketching skills

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia - FLUENT in ENGLISH

• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Applicants must be willing to be interviewed and work in Petitenget, Bali

• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specialising in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Candidates who are ready for selection will be arranged to take part in a 1 day interview and skills test for 7 to 10 days in Bali.
