Job Title: Guest Experience Officer (Luxury 5-Star Hotel)
Linan International Indonesia is collaborating with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Frontline Hotel Staff to join a high-standard hotel operation.
This role is suited for individuals with a strong hospitality background who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests
Handle guest check-in, check-out, and general front desk operations (role-dependent)
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and service coordination
Maintain 5-star service standards and brand procedures
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold grooming, etiquette, and hospitality excellence
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a 5-star hotel
Experience in frontline roles such as Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or Service Staff
Good command of English (spoken & written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and service mindset
Willing to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays
