Job Title: Guest Experience Officer (Luxury 5-Star Hotel)

Job Description

Linan International Indonesia is collaborating with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Frontline Hotel Staff to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is suited for individuals with a strong hospitality background who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests

  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, and general front desk operations (role-dependent)

  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and service coordination

  • Maintain 5-star service standards and brand procedures

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Uphold grooming, etiquette, and hospitality excellence

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a 5-star hotel

  • Experience in frontline roles such as Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, or Service Staff

  • Good command of English (spoken & written)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and service mindset

  • Willing to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays
