What you'll be doing
Provide on-site IT Operations Support for Distribution Center / Warehouse operations
Support WMS (Ci.Himalaya), warehouse devices, and operational systems to ensure daily operational stability
Act as IT focal point at DC, coordinating with 3PL, central IT, and business users
Handle incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system issue escalation
Support DC go-live preparation, UAT, SOP development, and operational documentation
Monitor system performance during inbound, outbound, picking, and shipping activities
Identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with IT governance & security standards
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience
Min. 4 years experience in IT Business Application, preferably in Warehouse, Logistics, Retail, or DC environments
Experience supporting WMS, ERP, and operational systems (3PL environment is a strong advantage)
Strong understanding of Analytics Application tools (Power BI, Tableu or similar)
Strong understanding of warehouse operations & systems (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping)
Hands-on experience with RF scanners, label printers, and warehouse peripherals
Solid knowledge of networking basics (LAN, VLAN, IP Addressing, WiFi), server environments (Windows/Linux) , and database & system interfaces
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, incident handling, and user support skills
Able to coordinate with vendors, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders
Good communication & documentation skills; able to explain technical issues in operational language
Willing to work on-site at DC, flexible hours, and support peak / go-live operations
Professional working English
Willing to be placement at DC Office (Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng)
