Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Fresh graduates are welcome, experience in automotive parts manufacturing QC is an advantage

• Good attitude and interpersonal skill

• Communicative, detail-oriented, and disciplined

• Proficiency in English (at least passive)

• Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and quality targets

• Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic manufacturing environment

• Has experience in organizing continuous improvement activities (e.g., QCC, Suggestion Scheme) and handling related events

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and job management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is an advantage

  • Capable of communicating with customers regarding customer feedback and complaint handling

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate Quality Control Circle (QCC) and continuous improvement activities (e.g., Suggestion Scheme)

• Manage customer development–related activities, such as customer negotiations and communication, customer satisfaction surveys, new model development, and contract reviews

• Control and maintain documents in accordance with company and quality system requirements

• Support vendor development activities, including supplier evaluation and audits

• Handle customer claims and coordinate corrective and preventive actions

• Control Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and manage process change activities to ensure compliance and continual improvement
