Key Responsibilities
Direct collaborations with celebrity, and middle KOL affiliators. Support in executing affiliate strategies, including persuading kol to promote products, doing price and commission negotiations, campaign coordination, and affiliate performance report.
Coordinate with live stream and content teams to align e-commerce campaign needs.
Maintain Store Visibility like SEO optimizations, store decorations, and ensuring the SKU accuracy in visuals, also descriptions.
Execute promotional programs such as flash sales, coupons, and product bundles to enhance conversions.
Collect and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights or suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate with related teams such as internal marketing team, ads agencies or e-commerce enablers regarding daily operations (ecommerce social media promotions, stock monitoring, CRM updates, or seller center operations).
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Social Commerce (experience with TikTok Shop and/or Tokopedia preferred).
Have a good sales sense and are motivated to achieve results.
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data.
Familiar with affiliate management, campaign coordination, or promotional activities.
Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
Passion for technology, smartphones, and digital trends is preferred
Able to work proactively and take initiative with minimal supervision.
