Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering, System Information, Computer Programming, or related fields (or equivalent experience)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Macro, or Visual Basic

  • Familiar with Industry 4.0 and digital systems

  • Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills

  • LEAN thinking skills

  • Practical problem-solving and process improvement abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, cycle time analysis, and line balancing to optimize production efficiency

• Design and improve workflow layouts and production processes

• Implement and monitor continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, LEAN, Six Sigma)

• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports for management review

• Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing systems

• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to solve operational issues

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality control points

• Monitor production KPIs and recommend actions to achieve targets

• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality

• Ensure all activities comply with safety and quality standards
