Responsibilities:
Contingent Worker Data Management: Update contingent worker data monthly and ensure accurate reporting to Group IT.
Organizational Changes: Renew the organization chart and job descriptions to reflect ongoing changes within the organization.
Talent Management Documentation: Maintain and update Talent Management assessment matrix documents to support talent development and succession planning.
Update and maintain the organization's structure, including employee function and organizational charts.
Review employee costs and track yearly changes in headcount (additions and reductions).
Handle and analyze HR data, both numerical (e.g., employee data) and non-numerical (e.g., job descriptions).
Track and manage the job descriptions of multiple employees to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in HR-related projects with the Group, providing support from an HR data perspective.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate, last-year student, or undergraduate with no remaining classes to attend from any major.
Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta
Experience in data analysis, particularly in HR Analytics or Organizational Development.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for basic data processing.
Basic understanding of English (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
