Human Resource Supervisor

Job Responsibilities-HR-SPV:

1.Daily Management

Oversee HR planning and team management for the local Indonesian company

Ensure alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals.

2.Recruitment Management

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with HR workflows

Collaborate with departments to fulfill staffing needs and optimize hiring practices.

3.Performance Management

Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems across departments.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable improvement recommendation

4.Compensation & Benefits

Review monthly payroll data and conduct audits to ensure accuracy.

Analyze compensation structures to support talent development, promotions, and role adjustments

5.Employee Relations

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Handle labor disputes, tax filings, social security contributions, and legal risk mitigation

6.Administrative Management

Lead administrative operations to maintain stable company workflows

Coordinate logistics, facilities management, and cross-departmental support.

7.Ad-hoc Tasks

Address urgent assignments and contribute to organizational projects as required.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of HR experience with expertise in 2–3 functional modules (e.g., recruitment, performance management or Payroll)

Language & Communication

Fluent in English (written and spoken) for cross-cultural collaboration

Legal Knowledge

Thorough understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks

Strong confidentiality awareness and adherence to ethical standards
