Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets including procurement and inventory
Handle routine payments (property tax, utilities, vehicle tax, insurance)
Maintain accurate financial records and reports for all general affairs expenses
Coordinate with external vendors and negotiate service agreements
Ensure office facilities and equipment meet safety and company standards
SMK or Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years experience in General Affairs
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities
