Record and summarize employee attendance
Finalize attendance data for payroll processing
Maintain and organize confidential HR documents
Monitor and update employee contracts
Upload and manage employee data in the HR system
Strong administrative skills (fresh graduates are welcome!)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
Task-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
