Finance Accounting & Tax Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage finance, accounting, and tax functions of the company

• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

• Handle corporate tax (PPh, PPN, withholding tax), tax reporting, and tax audits

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations

• Supervise and develop finance & accounting team members

• Maintain strong internal control and risk management systems

• Lead, guide, and develop the finance & accounting team.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure productivity and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)

• Fluent in Mandarin & English

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Experience working with fast-growing or project-based businesses is a plus
