Treasury Staff
Job Summary
The Treasury Staff is responsible for managing the company's daily liquidity, ensuring optimal cash flow, and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions. This role involves monitoring bank balances, executing financial transactions, and assisting in financial risk management.
Job Description
Monitor daily cash positions across all bank accounts and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
Execute and verify banking transactions (transfers, BI-FAST, RTGS, and International Remittances) accurately and on time.
Act as the primary point of contact for bank representatives regarding account maintenance, negotiations, and documentation.
Prepare comprehensive treasury reports for management and ensure all activities comply with internal policies and government regulations.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations for internal and external audits related to cash and bank transactions.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking.
Good ability to interpret financial statements and perform cash flow modeling.
Proficiency in complex formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macro/VBA is a plus) for data analysis.
Experience using ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Familiarity with banking platforms (e.g., CMS/Corporate Management Systems) and payment regulations (BI-FAST, SWIFT).
