Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal D3 Jurusan Teknik.
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Project Planner and Controller min. 2 tahun.
Memahami Project Cost Management, Microsoft Project , dan Primavera.
Mampu menyusun jadwal, estimasi anggaran proyek, dan laporan proyek.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
Familiar dengan sistem ERP.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Site.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Menyusun perencanaan, penjadwalan, dan pengendalian proyek (Cost, Time, Resources).
Membuat dan mengontrol Kurva-S, Gantt Chart, CTR, serta manpower & material schedule.
Melakukan monitoring progres proyek dan analisis risiko.
Menyusun laporan progres mingguan, bulanan, dan laporan closing proyek.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal, vendor, subkontraktor, dan owner.
Melakukan site visit dan memastikan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai kontrak dan SOP.
