About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize online stores (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop) to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns (Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and analyze performance metrics to guide improvements.
Support content planning and execution — ensuring that product listings, visuals, and copy align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular performance reporting, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for sales and marketing strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product and promotional consistency across platforms.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online business management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Prior experience running or managing an online business — whether personal or professional — is a strong plus.
Hands-on familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and understanding of their advertising tools.
Proficient in digital tools such as Ads Manager (Meta/TikTok), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
Creative yet analytical — able to turn data insights into actionable plans.
Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
