Job Description:
Mendata surat yang masuk serta mendistribusikan kepada karyawan
Menerima telepon, menyambungkan telepon baik masuk maupun keluar sesuai dengan keperluan perusahaan
Menerima dan mengarahkan tamu yang datang
Membantu mengerjakan pekerjaan General Affair
Melaksanakan pekerjaan lain sesuai SOP perusahaan
Requirements:
Pendidikan minimal SMA sederajat
Lebih disukai jika memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Excel
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Bersedia ditempatkan di Tangerang
