Finance Manager

1. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

2. Oversee accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.

4. Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.

5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

6. Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and banking relationships.

7. Partner with department heads to support operational and strategic goals.

8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
   

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA is an advantage).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and internal control systems.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

High integrity, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
