Key Responsibilities
• Enter and maintain accurate operational data
• Check, verify, and reconcile records and transactions
• Assist with invoices, purchase orders and operational tasks
• Support team workflow and ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Admin support (Open to fresh graduates)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) is a plus
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Mandarin speaking ability: A plus
• Positive, proactive, and tech-savvy
Note: Nagoya area residency preferred.
