We are seeking an Experienced Finance Manager (full-time position) to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. Finance Manager role is overseeing Company's Financial Operations and Ensuring the Financial Health of the organisation.
Job Description :
Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's business objectives
Overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions
Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations
Analysing financial data and providing insights to inform decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Supervising and mentoring the finance team to drive continuous improvement
Requirement For Applicants :
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of financial management principles.
Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities to identify and address financial challenges
Must be able to speak English.
