As the Head of Human Resources, you will lead and oversee all HR functions across our property management operations in Bali. This role is responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, supporting organizational growth, and cultivating a high-performance, values-driven culture. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
Design and execute learning and development programs to support staff growth and retention.
Oversee organizational development and culture initiatives that promote employee engagement and productivity.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR best practices, including team structure and workforce planning.
Manage internal HR systems and employee data with confidentiality and accuracy.
Lead the implementation of KPIs, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee grievances professionally.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably in hospitality or property management.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on operations.
Experience in setting and managing KPIs and performance evaluation systems.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
