Injection Blowing Staff

Job Purpose:

Carry out control over the production process (materials, spare parts, machines, work methods and employee placement). Evaluation of subordinates work to increase work productivity.

Job Description:

• Machine repair, new mold setting if needed, changing the old mold parameter setting.

• Take and use raw materials must be appropriate to avoid master batch errors.

• Storage raw materials according to their place, not mixed with others.

• Carry out the production process according to the Production Order and the specified target.

• Maintenance of machines and supporting tools so that the production process is not hampered.

• Document the report into a file that has been determined for shift 1, record all machines used, what molds, and their status.

• Input production results data, waste, and material usage into the SAP program correctly and on time.

• Provide information to the shift/superior correctly and accurately. If the material runs out, inform the superior, if there is a problem, ask for confirmation from the superior.

• Every shift change there is a handover of work with the previous and after and then must be written in the information book.

• Conduct daily briefings for each shift to all subordinates for: Understanding good product results and being able to implement K3 & 5R

•  Bi-weekly meetings with the Molding section to discuss molding problems, evaluation of the molds used (CFT meeting)

• Conduct counseling which is carried out at least 2 times a year to hear complaints from employees, provide recommendations for problems, corrective actions, comments, and evaluation of employee work results, if absence is not good, ask the reason.

Requirements:

• Minimum associate degree (D3) - Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, with minimum GPA 3.00.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in plastic production processes, especially blowing, is preferred.

• Creative, detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, responsible, able to work, capable of working in a team or individually.

• Likes work in the field and is willing to work in the field, can work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally

• Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday.

• Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am.

• Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm.

• Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta
