General Affair Junior Staff

About the role

We are seeking a General Affair Junior Staff to join our team at PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in East Karawang, West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing the company's daily operational needs, including procurement of goods & services (ATK, supplies)

2. Assisting with the organisation and coordination of meetings, events, and arranging employee business trips

3. Responding to general inquiries and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees

4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and problem-solving

5. Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies as needed

6. Performing other general administrative duties as required

7. Ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the work environment, all to support the smooth operation and efficiency of the company

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree

2. 1 - 2 years of experience in a general administrative or customer service role

3. Strong communication, interpesonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels

4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

6. Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
