HSE Officer (Kalijati, Subang)

About the Job

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HSE Officer to strengthen our Health, Safety, and Environment practices at EIGERINDO Distribution Center. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace by monitoring, coordinating, and implementing all HSE programs and systems across the company.

In this role, you will get to :

• Monitor and coordinate the overall management of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) across the company.

• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, internal policies, and documentation requirements (including K3 policies, SOPs, Sisdur, and HIRAC).

• Manage P2K3 administration and activities.

• Oversee Emergency Response Team (ERT) preparation, readiness, and operations.

• Ensure proper maintenance and availability of all HSE facilities, tools, and infrastructure.

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify non-compliance or improvement areas.

• Provide data-driven analysis, insights, and recommendations for enhancing workplace safety.

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive safety awareness and training.

What you will Need to Succeed :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.

• Minimum 2 year of experience as an HSE / K3 Officer (manufacturing or logistics or warehouse industry preferred).

• Holds a valid Ahli K3 Umum certification.

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Risk Management, and Emergency Management.

• Familiarity with ASRS/PLC/HMI automation systems is a plus.

• Experience in conducting HSE audits.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver clear conclusions and recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willing to be placed at EIGER Warehouse – Kalijati, Subang.
