Our production facility in Cikarang boasts global-level manufacturing competitiveness with state-of-the-art automation, aseptic management, and quality tracking systems. Indonesian production personnel build expertise through rigorous training and hands-on experience, and outstanding talents are offered opportunities to work at our headquarters in Korea. Currently, approximately 150 Indonesian production specialists are actively working in Korea. We are seeking talented individuals to join us at the forefront of the global pharmaceutical industry, creating fast, safe, and innovative medicines.

Your Role in This Journey

Responsibilities:

Mammalian Cell Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance of mammalian cell lines, including thawing, subculturing, and cryopreservation, using proper aseptic techniques.

Cell-Based Assay (CBA) Testing

• Conduct mammalian cell culture for Cell-Based Assay (CBA) testing using assay plates.

• Prepare CBA testing activities, including media formulation, reagent preparation, consumable readiness, and laboratory equipment setup.

Laboratory Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Operate and maintain mammalian cell laboratory equipment, including liquid nitrogen tanks, biosafety cabinets, CO₂ incubators, microscopes, and cell counters.

• Support equipment calibration, qualification, and routine maintenance activities.

GMP Documentation and Compliance

• Prepare, review, and maintain testing records, SOPs, and reports in compliance with GMP requirements.

• Support audit preparation and provide relevant data for internal and external regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related fields.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

• Basic skills in handling mammalian adherent cell cultures.

• Experience performing cell-based or biochemical assays, such as ELISA and cytotoxicity assays.

• Proficiency in Korean language is an advantage.
