ESG Staff (Energy & Water Management)

Role: 

This role will be responsible in Optimizing operation of utility, infrastructure, facility, and reducing the energy & water consumption. Making the plan periodically to minimize the energy loss. Actively pursue energy reduction activities to achieve the target.

1. Oversee maintenance for utility and environmental infrastructure facility

2. Go over replacement to achieve high efficiency facility

3. Create plan for reducing Carbon emission -- Gather the data to know how much greenhouse gas was occurring, and make the monthly data report analysis; Go over the feasibility of using energy source that have lower emission factor

4. Create plan for reducing water consumption -- Gather data on water usage and make the monthly analysis report; propose ways to reduce water usage; oversee water recycle system

5. Monitor and maintain efficiency of factory energy management system

6. Comply with the law by conducting government-required periodic inspections

7. Inspection of external institution & response to civil complaint

Skill & Experience: 

• Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent

• At least 2-3 years of experience in energy management for manufacturing industry

• Familiar with Carbon Footprint Analysis & Report

• Have relevant certification such as ISO 50001, Sertifikasi Manajer Energi, K3 Pesawat Uap & Bejana Tekan, etc.

• Able to propose, compile, explain, and realize work plans in accordance with the targets setting

• Fluent in English
