General Affair Officer (Maternity Leave)

About the role

SKK Jewels is seeking a talented and experienced General Affair Officer to join our team on a contract basis, covering a maternity leave. This key administrative role is vital in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our East Jakarta office. As a General Affair Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, from managing office supplies and facilities to coordinating events and supporting our employees.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities

• Coordinating and organising various events, meetings, and conferences

• Providing administrative support to the management team and employees as needed

• Maintaining and updating office records, files, and databases

• Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics for employees

• Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner

• Collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient and effective administrative support

What we're looking for

• At least 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or general affairs role

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation

• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data

• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company
