Job Description:
Organize and controlling environment management activities.
Implementation of environmental management and monitoring plans.
Evaluate environmental impact testing.
Carrying industrial waste monitoring and control for utilizing application, recycling and handling of industrial waste.
Monitoring of Hazardous and non-hazardous waste and latest issues.
Mapping ATHG (threats, challenges, obstacles and disturbances) identification, short term plan (weekly) and long-term plan (monthly) especially in work programs of security operational in all area and responsible to Supervisor.
Define personnel’s needs and create guard plotting schedule as well as implement contingency situation (SIAGA 1,2,3) under directly coordination of Supervisor.
Controlling and supervise DANSHIFT and it’s members to continue carry out duties according to applicable SOP and WI at each post.
HSE Inspection Reporting Management.
Reporting safety committee activities to Local Manpower Department.
Monitoring & registration of work permit.
Monitoring HSE Patrol Report & HSE Information board monthly.
Conduct a Risk Assessment analysis such as HIRARC & JSA.
Monitoring Housekeeping 5S office, warehouses, and manufacture area.
Monitor corrective actions from related area.
Monitoring and ensure HSE program of “Safe Action and safe Condition”.
Monitoring and follow up non-conformity from finding inspection.
Reporting to related government agencies.
Incidental duties.
Qualification:
Min. S1 in all majors, preferably related to HSE
Min. 1 years experience on the same field
Understand Environmental Compliance, Environment Management System, Regulations Related Environment, Safety Management System
Certificates: AK3 Umum, 1SO 14001, SMK3
Fluent in english (verbal & non-verbal)
