Procurement Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to join our dynamic team at PT. Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia. As a Procurement Leader, you will play a crucial role in organize our company's purchasing and inventory operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective procurement of materials and services to support our manufacturing and logistics activities. This is a full-time position based in Mojokerto Regency, East Java.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement governance policies for goods and services procurement processes.

• Conducting periodic evaluations of the procurement process of goods and services

• Maintain good relations with existing vendors

• Manage cooperation contracts between companies and vendors

• Conducting cost efficiency in the procurement of goods and services

• Lead and manage the Purchasing Department

• Cooperate and maintain good relations with all departments.

• Communicating policies related to the procurement of goods and services to all departments.

• Ensure that all activities of the Purchasing Department run in accordance with Company Regulations and do not violate the law.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.

• Have good proficiency in English (Business English)

• Has an extensive vendor network.

• Good negotiation, analysis and problem solving skills.

• Have good skills in using Microsoft Excel.

• Have experience in accordance with the job description of at least 5 years

• Willing to work in Mojokerto Regency, East Java.
