Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Merencanakan pengembangan sub area Produk
Membuat perencanaan Program Penjualan dan Pengembangan Jalur Jaringan Distribusi
Bertanggung jawab terhadap Sales Forecast dan Sales Achievement
Membuat Laporan dan analisa Program Penjualan dan Jalur Jaringan Distribusi
Melakukan support kinerja distributor : distribusi Produk dan Volume Penjualan (Weekly Meeting, MoM & action plan)
Berkerjasama dengan Marketing dalam aktivitas Marketing dan Promosi
Bertanggung Jawab pengadaan Stock Barang di Pasar
Relationship dengan Outlet & Distributor
Bertanggung jawab kepada Area Manager
Kualifikasi:
Minimal pendidikan D3/S1
Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun di posisi dan level yang sama
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan analytical thinking yang baik
Bersedia kerja di industri beer
Bersedia penempatan di Jawa Tengah (Purwokerto - Tegal & Pati - Pantura)
