Strategic HR Officer

You will be mainly responsible for:

• Gather data from various sources, and prepare it for analysis by ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Use statistical formula to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to answer key business questions.

• Create clear, easy-to-understand reports, charts, and dashboards for stakeholders meeting.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic HR planning, and operational improvements.

• Work with Senior Leaders, and other teams to meet objectives and improve data governance.

You will demonstrate the following requirements:

• Min. S1 degree holder, with major in Mathematics/Engineering/Computer Science/numerical-major.

• Preferably more than 3 years of relevant professional working experience in mid-size to large Corporations. Prior experience in HR function is not required.

• Detailed oriented with high interest and ability to work with numbers with high accuracy in timely manner.

• Excellent skills in operating Excel. Versatile in operating software applications, including HR applications.

• Composed, resilient, and get things done in timely manner.

• Keen learner, high interest to learn new subjects.

• Able to handle confidential information with high care and maturity.

• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
