Job Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Development: Gain insights into the local market, respond swiftly, continuously iterate and update products to ensure product vitality, develop best-selling items, plan new product launches, and plan pricing tiers.
Category Management: Define product classifications, pricing tiers, product portfolios, and manage product lifecycles.
Overseas Supplier Management: Manage overseas suppliers, continuously optimize supplier resources, explore and develop high-quality suppliers, and ensure the company's supply chain remains highly competitive.
Product Supply Management: Execute product procurement plans in line with flexible production schedules to ensure market supply meets demand. Continuously optimize to reduce company inventory, ensure fast turnover, improve product cost structure, reduce costs, and increase gross margin.
Inventory Management: Under the guidance of superiors, improve capital utilization efficiency and maintain reasonable inventory control.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in local fragrance/home fragrance, toys, or textiles procurement preferred. Supply chain management experience is a plus; retail industry background is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with clear logic. Proficient in spoken English, capable of using it as a working language.
Understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods market and retail industry, with basic knowledge of product development.
Willingness to travel for work.
