Program Management Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Experience in project or program management is a plus.

• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of vehicle manufacturing processes.

• Familiar with project management principles and quality control practices.

• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Willing to work in Cikarang

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical documents and non-conformance items related to new part and model development.

• Support smooth and flawless launch activities for new vehicle programs.

• Monitor build quality gates during development phases from the Production Engineering perspective.

• Coordinate program timelines, risks, and deliverables across related stakeholders.

• Ensure product specifications meet requirements for domestic and export models (CBU/CKD).
