REQUIREMENTS :
•Min Diploma in Management, Business, or related field.
•At least 1 year of experience as Store Supervisor in manufacturing industry.
•Strong leadership and people management skills.
•Proficient in ERP System and computer applications (Microsoft Office).
•Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
•Ability to develop improvement plans and perform problem analysis.
•Knowledge of safety procedures and proper inventory handling in manufacturing standards.
•Good communication in English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Supervise warehouse/store operations per manufacturing SOP.
•Manage ERP System for inventory & reporting.
•Implement store procedures & manpower management.
•Develop improvement plans for efficiency & productivity.
•Conduct regular stock counts & ensure accuracy.
•Maintain documentation compliance.
•Ensure safety & proper inventory handling.
•Handle complaints & operational needs.
•Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports.
•Coordinate with production, QC, and finance for supply chain
