PT In Fashion has a Full-Time opportunity for a smart, organized, and strong HRGA Admin.
PT In Fashion is a highly successful manufacturer that produces fashion goods for American customers.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Support employee attendance tracking, leave requests, and payroll documentation.
Helping Manager to run a daily HR task according to plans
Manage, coordinate, and support the GA team (Cleaning Service, Security, & Maintenance).
Manage overall office cleanliness, maintenance, health, and safety.
Evaluate and also build good relations with all vendors and building management
Create and constantly improve Systems & SOP's
Maintain HRGA documentation and assist with reporting.
Main Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent degree
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field
Experience in human resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, and BPJS
Smart and High-level attention to details
A methodical and logical approach
Positive and open Learning Attitude
Pro-active and flexible mindset
Strong internal and external communication collaboration skills
Creative Problem-solving & Multitasking Skills
Strong organizational skills
Knows how to operate Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.
Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
Applicants must be willing to work in Badung – Bali.
