Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of post-graduation experience. Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or other management-related fields. Prior work experience in Human Resources is required.
Candidates with basic Chinese language skills are preferred. Familiarity with the construction machinery industry is a plus.
Reporting Lines: Dual reporting lines to the Group HR Headquarters and the International Marketing Business Leadership.
