This position will be placed in the one of subsidiary companies PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya, PT Bumi Mekar Tani.
PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya is a sister company of PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Agriculture or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in palm oil milling with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong knowledge of palm oil mill operations, processes and equipment. especially in PKS tanpa kebun
Proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
understanding regulation and certification palm oil industry.
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for mill management.
Job Descriptions
Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil mill, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
Implement and monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards.
Develop and execute plans to improve mill performance and reduce downtime.
Manage and lead a team of mill staff, providing guidance, training and support.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health and environmental regulations.
Monitor and control budgets, costs and financial performance of the mill.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on mill performance to senior management.
