We are looking for enthusiastic Service Staff to join our team for new branch Japanese Restaurant at Fairmont Hotel Senayan by Hakuren Group. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome, attentive service, and a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of the dining area
• Provide recommendations and menu knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
• Work closely with colleagues and managers to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant floor as required
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum experience of 2 years in a service role, preferably in hospitality (5* Hotel or Restaurant)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a commitment to teamwork
