Accounting Officer

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset registers.

• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, classified, and recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

• Process and record daily financial transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

• Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities as needed.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits, addressing auditor inquiries and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements applicable to the financial services/securities industry.

• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within of big 4 consultant or capital market industry the financial services, securities, or capital markets industry (is a must)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including PSAK/IFRS.

• Experience with financial reporting, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to the financial/securities sector (e.g., OJK, IDX).

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, formulas).

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
