Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Membuat dan monitoring jadwal serah terima proyek, dengan berkoordinasi dengan Project Site Head dan Divisi terkait
Bertanggungjawab atas pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan/renovasi toko (survey awal, kick off meeting, supervisi proyek, meeting koordinasi dengan pihak kontraktor, opname proyek di site, dan monitoring progress)
Melakukan pengawasan atas hasil pekerjaan vendor dan kontraktor dan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala
Membuat laporan kerja
Spesifikasi Pekerjaan:
S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitektur
Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman di proyek sipil, interior, atau mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering (MEP)
Lebih disukai berpengalaman di industri retail minimarket/supermarket
Bersedia bekerja mobile, mempunyai kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C dan/atau SIM A
Detailed-oriented dan berintegritas tinggi
