Job Description:
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency
Procure raw materials and components based on production schedules
Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstock
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
Provide regular reports on purchasing activities and cost performance
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree from Architecture/ Interior Design
Have at least 3 years hands on experience in planning and overseeing overall functions of Materials management as per bill of material in - Furniture & Interior Construction entailing Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Contracts etc
Proficient in reading shop drawings or construction drawings
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proactive, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are essential
Honest and good attitude to work in challenging environment
Good communication and excellent in negotiation skills
