Indonesia | Hands-on | GMV & ROI Owner
This is a hands-on role responsible for real e-commerce results.
You will directly contribute to and influence:
Monthly GMV and growth quality
Advertising ROI and budget efficiency
Go / stop decisions on core SKUs
Inventory rhythm and cash efficiency across e-commerce channels
When results fall short, this role is expected to own the analysis and adjustment, not just execution.
You are not here to “operate buttons.”
Your value comes from making the right calls under uncertainty:
When to scale budget, and when to stop immediately
Whether weak performance is caused by content, pricing, SKU fundamentals, or platform dynamics
Which SKUs deserve continued investment, and which should be stopped
How to react when platform rules or traffic structures change
You are expected to:
Personally monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CR, ROI, DOI)
Break down GMV structure instead of just reading reports
Adjust ads, campaigns, pricing, and main images yourself
Move forward even when information is incomplete
Please apply only if you have:
3–5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience on the brand side
Direct responsibility for GMV and ad budget results
Proven growth without relying on platform boosts or existing hero products
Nice to have (not required):
Experience with high AOV products (> IDR 150K)
Shopee and TikTok Shop experience
Clear experience stopping underperforming SKUs or projects
Previous job titles
Presentation skills
Fancy frameworks
