Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective budget control measures.
Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.
