General Manager (Mall)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Any Major or Related Field.

• Min. 3 years of working experience as Mall / Retail General Manager or 5 years as Mall Operation Manager.

• 5 years or more of related experience is required (experience in Mall r Retail is preferred).

• Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment.

• Having strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and manage team.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of success in managing a large team.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy.

• Willing to be placed in all Metland Project (Mall).

Job Description:

• Handling Mall operation & Commercial Esp, Casual Leasing, Marcomm, & Tenant Relation.

• Managing Team (Marketing Communication, Finance Accounting, IT, Engineering, & GHL)

• Managing Outsourcing For Security, Building Maintenance, Houskeeping, Landscape, & Safety.

• Managing Promotion (Below & Above the Line).

• Search, offer and meet prospect tenants.

• Coordinate and manage Tenant Relations, Marcomm and Lease team to achieve company's Target.

• Monitor and Evaluate Casual Leasing Tenancy Mix.

• Responsible for Occupancy Tenant reports.

• Direct Report to Operation Director.
