Accounting Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) in Badung, Bali. As Accounting Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial reporting and accounting operations of our organisation. What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the daily accounting activities of the Accounting Department

2. Reviewing and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of accounting paperwork of junior and senior staff.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting-related issues

4. Professional Mentoring and developing the skills of the accounting staff

5. Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting principles and best practices

6. Report directly to the Tax Manager, providing regular updates on team performance and project status.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2. Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or 3 years of experience in the same role.

3. Proficient in the application of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK)

4. Holding a Brevet, Accountant, CPA, or other professional certification are highly preferred.

5. Have experience working in consultant is is highly preferred.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to lead and motivate a team

8. Fluent in English, both written and conversational.

9. Willing to work in YARD office at Ungasan, Badung Bali.
