Supply Chain

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 year of experience in Supply Chain Management with Supervisor or Managerial Level.

• experienced at cold-chain import and distribution company

• Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, procurement, and distribution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (an advantage).

• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description :

• Manage and monitor end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to product distribution.

• Coordinate purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency.

• Ensure product availability according to operational and business needs.

• Conduct demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to optimize stock levels.

• Monitor delivery processes to ensure on-time and accurate shipments.

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to support supply chain operations.

• Control and evaluate supply chain costs to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare regular supply chain reports for management.

• Ensure all supply chain processes comply with company policies and SOPs.
