Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree of Psychology or Management.
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in related position.
This position is a 1-year contract. Candidates must be willing to complete the employment period as specified.
Have profound knowledge about Organizational Development best practice initiative.
Have a good communication skills.
Have a Plan & Structure working style.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG company would be advantage.
Job Description:
In charge of handling HR Tools (including Structure, Job Description, Job Grade etc).
Assist in the development and implementation of training modules.
Supporting Succession Plan program & Mentoring Program.
Responsible for implementing job standardization and execution processes using SAP.
