OD Staff (Contract)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of Psychology or Management. 

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in related position.

• This position is a 1-year contract. Candidates must be willing to complete the employment period as specified.

• Have profound knowledge about Organizational Development best practice initiative.

• Have a good communication skills.  

• Have a Plan & Structure working style.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint).

• Experience in Manufacturing/FMCG company would be advantage.

Job Description:

• In charge of handling HR Tools (including Structure, Job Description, Job Grade etc).

• Assist in the development and implementation of training modules.

• Supporting Succession Plan program & Mentoring Program.

• Responsible for implementing job standardization and execution processes using SAP.
