We are looking for a General Admin Staff to join our team. This position will work closely with the HR Department and focus on supporting various HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation
Manage and update employee data, personnel files, and HR documentation accurately
Support payroll administration by processing employee changes such as new hires, resignations, promotions, and transfers
Perform general HR and administrative duties in a timely and organized manner
Coordinate exit processes, including exit interviews and employee status updates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Prior experience in HR operations or recruitment in the FnB or hospitality industry is preferred
Basic knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee records, labor documentation and BPJS
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
Capable of working closely with management and handling sensitive information
Problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities are a plus
