Supply Chain Solution Specialist

We are currently hiring for a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist for our client, a multinational logistics company. Our client is a fast growing logistics company and part of one of the largest logistics groups in China.

Placement: Kuningan, South Jakarta

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 - 17.30)

Job Descriptions:

1. Design and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions based on customer needs, supporting smooth procurement, warehousing, and operations.

2. Optimize and standardize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

3. Manage supply chain budgets and cost control initiatives.

4. Lead, develop, and train the local supply chain team, ensuring high performance and engagement.

5. Ensure successful solution deployment, meeting budget targets and customer expectations.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience in supply chain management, operations, or related fields.

2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

3. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

4. Language skills: Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required;
